Hand-drawn cards

Drawn, lettered, painted and cut entirely by hand. Designed for one person, made exactly once, and never made again.

the whole idea

A card that exists once, for one person, and is then gone forever.

Nothing here is printed. Every piece starts as a blank sheet and a conversation about the person it’s for — the in-joke only the two of you have, the name that needed researching, the pun that’s been sitting in your notes app for a year.

Then it’s drawn. Lettering brushed by hand, backgrounds painted stroke by stroke, pieces cut out and mounted so they stand proud of the page. The original goes in the post, and no copy is ever made.

The cards

in the hand

Flat photos undersell it. Here they are, actual size.

Cut-outs sit proud of the card, the board has real weight, and there’s lettering waiting on the inside too.

Standing up

Two cards on their feet, so you can see the weight of the board — and the lettering waiting inside.

In the hand

Actual size. Every leopard on the front is its own fingerprint.
